Meet Matt Ritter

Over the past 17 years, Matt Ritter has leveraged his business expertise as an entrepreneur to create and grow multiple Colorado businesses, including Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC, Wolf Resources LLC, Clear Creek Advisors LLC and Ardis Capital LLC.

After moving to Denver in 1999 to work as an investment specialist for Janus Funds, the Illinois native found his niche in the commercial real estate world working for Marcus & Millichap before founding Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2006.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management company is where Ritter discovered his passion for building companies that promote a culture of collaboration and creativity. It is also where he developed an expertise in establishing systems that allow his businesses to thrive.

Over the past decade, Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors has grown to more than 50 brokers who completed $622 million in transaction volume during 2016. The company also was among The Denver Post’s Top 100 Workplaces in 2015.

Wolf Resources LLC, an oil and gas company that specializes in purchasing mineral rights, enlisted Ritter in 2016 to help with its transition from startup to rapid growth. Since then, Wolf has grown from five to 25 employees and has established itself as an active participant in the oil and gas industry specializing in buying, selling and investing in mineral rights.

Clear Creek Advisors is an independent financial services provider specializing in wealth management and insurance solutions to high net-worth individuals. Co-founded by Ritter in 2017, the company is managed by a sophisticated and knowledgeable team that possesses deep expertise in financial planning, investment advisory and insurance services.

Ardis Capital Holdings is a multifaceted investment holding company with a diversified portfolio of properties.

Ritter’s accomplishments have propelled him to leadership roles in Denver’s business community. He has served on the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors’ (DMCAR) board of directors and executive committee and has earned numerous accolades, including recognition as the organization’s Broker of the Year in 2011.   He also is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, a global community of chief executives with more than 24,000 members in 130 countries.  Ritter is a former board member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global network that has a mission of engaging leading entrepreneurs to learn and grow. Through EO, he completed the Entrepreneurial Masters Program, which provides an intense blend of the practice and theory needed to excel in today’s business world.

Ritter, who earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Illinois State University, strongly believes in giving back to the communities he lives and does business in. Throughout the year, he dedicates his time and resources to make a positive difference. Over the years he has contributed to organizations like Wounded Warrior Project, Veteran’s Passport To Hope, Project C.U.R.E, Tennyson Center for Children Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Ritter is especially supportive of Judi’s House – a center for children dealing with grief from the death of a loved one.

Ritter and his wife, Tracy, have two children, Arden, 11; and Davis, 9. Ritter enjoys coaching his son’s hockey team, watching his daughter dance, hunting, golf and being active in the entrepreneurial community.
